Conditions

A condition in a workflow refers to the logic or rule that controls whether or not certain actions, such as sending email notifications or WhatsApp notifications, are triggered based on specific criteria.

For applying condition, after adding trigger button drag condition from condition section and click on “+” icon to add condition.

Once you click the “+” icon, select Condition 1 to apply the condition. Next, define the desired action you want to perform. The action will only be executed if the condition is met. If the condition is not satisfied, the action will not take place.

For instance, let's apply a condition to the "Name" field. If the "Name" field is left empty, the email notification will not be sent after the form submission. However, if the "Name" field is filled, the email notification will be triggered. You can also add multiple conditions to further refine the workflow.
