How to use send email feature of TableSprint

Attach Mailbox​

In TableSprint, it's easy to attach your email box. Just go to profile and settings to link your email box to TableSprint. We support gmail and microsoft both emails. Check the picture below:

Then go to integrations > link account as shown below

Send Email Action​

Now, Just follow the process like sign in on google or microsoft and link your account. Once your account is linked, you can send emails directly from any worksheet which contains emails, you can send to one or to many. All you have to do is to upload a sheet or add your customers, suppliers, or contacts to one worksheet and start sending email. Check the picture below:

Clicking on email will open email composer which you can use to compose subject and body also parametrized the fields to send the email. check the picture below.

Let's look at all options of email composer one by one

Recipients​

3 contacts or recipients selected from worksheet as picture below:

Set From Email​

Choose from email from mailboxes connected earlier in this tutorial. Refer the picture below:

Set To Email​

In To, you can select email id field itself and it will take all three emails selected from the field automatic as below picture.

You can also add more emails to list separated by comma.

Subject​

For Subject, you can use fixed text or you can use any field of your worksheet such as name etc. It will take it automatic. All you have to do is to use double curly bracket to add parameter. Check the picture below:

In above Picture, We have used below format as parameter ( Green arrow).

 ' {{ '

Red arrow shows name parameter which we selected in subject variable. Orange arrows shows all available fields available to map the parameter. If we map primary contact person to below format as parameter, it will look like as picture given below.

 ' {{name}} '

Email Body or Content​

Similarly, you can compose the email body and use parameters to map fields. Reference picture below.

We can also send Whatsapp alert to customers using notifications. We will cover this in another tutorial.
